With 18+ years in real estate, Kathryn Stelljes has become a key player in Orlando’s market. She is an expert in dealing with and navigating through the day to day frustrations felt by all Realtors that seek to be the best in their field. Her passion for "all things" real estate, leadership and technology has driven her success, earning her a reputation as one of “Orlando's Top Realtors.”

 

Beyond her professional achievements, Kathryn is a dedicated leader within the Keller Williams community. She has served as the Education Chairperson and President of the Keller Williams Young Professionals Orlando Chapter and Technology Committee Chairperson. She currently chairs the Wealth Committee for the Agent Leadership Council (ALC) at Keller Williams Realty at the Parks. 

 

Kathryn's accolades reflect her influence and dedication. Named one of Orlando’s “20 Under 40” by the Young Professional Network Orlando Regional Realtor Association and featured in Orlando Magazine’s “Hot 100,” she continues to set high standards in the industry. Under her guidance as team leader of her team - ThinkLiveBe, has consistently achieved the Platinum Awards from Keller Williams Realty and ranks in the top 1% of agents in Central Florida.

Patrick Fatica

Patrick Fatica is a multifaceted artist, designer, and filmmaker based in Orlando, Florida. With a career spanning over two decades, Fatica has made a significant impact across multiple creative disciplines, gaining recognition as a prominent figure in the pop surreal art movement. His work is known for its meticulous detail and captivating narratives of doe-eyed isolated figures. He has been featured in over 100 solo and group exhibitions in prestigious galleries across the United States.

Beyond the canvas, Fatica brings his artistic vision to  graphic design, where he approaches logos and show posters with the same meticulous attention and creativity as his paintings. His designs, are known for their visual impact, and dramatic moods making him a sought-after name in the industry.

Expanding his storytelling repertoire, Fatica ventured into filmmaking with his acclaimed animated short film MONSTERwhich has been featured in over 50 film festivals nationwide, including winning "Best Animated Short Film" at the DIY Film Festival in Los Angeles and We Be Dragons Film Festival in London.
