Kathryn Stelljes is the host of Seeking the Best, a top-producing Orlando REALTOR®, productivity coach, and team leader of ThinkLiveBe.
Being a real estate agent since 2006, Kathryn has built a career around production, leadership, coaching, and the daily discipline of staying consistent in a business that rarely feels predictable. She has ranked among the top 1% of agents in Central Florida, earned multiple Keller Williams Platinum Awards, and has been recognized by Orlando’s “20 Under 40” and Orlando Magazine’s “Hot 100.”

Patrick Fatica is the co-host and producer of Seeking the Best, where he brings the perspective of an artist, filmmaker, and longtime observer of the real estate industry to conversations built for agents who want to grow with more clarity and less noise.
Based in Orlando, Florida, Patrick has spent more than two decades working across visual art, design, and film. His background includes more than 100 solo and group exhibitions across the United States, recognition within the pop surreal art movement, and an award-winning animated short film, MONSTER, which screened in more than 50 film festivals nationwide.
For real estate agents, Patrick’s perspective matters because he is not buried in the day-to-day language of the industry. He can see when something has become too complicated, too precious, or too performative. His voice helps bring the show back to what agents actually need: better thinking, clearer action, and more honest conversations about what gets in the way.
